High Intensity Interval Training
01
Functional High-Intensity Interval Training (Functional HIIT) is a form of HIIT training that focuses on functional movements. Functional movements refer to movements that are useful in daily life.
A typical functional HIIT session involves a series of exercises performed in sequence, with each exercise performed for a specific time or number of repetitions. The exercises are then alternated with a short break between each exercise.

Benefits of Functional HIIT training include improving muscle strength and endurance, increasing metabolic rate, and improving cardiovascular health.
stretching
03
A stretching session is a training method that focuses on stretching exercises to improve the flexibility, mobility, and agility of the body.

A typical stretching session begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for the stretch. This can be achieved through simple range of motion exercises or light cardio exercise. This is followed by various stretching exercises that can focus on different areas of the body, such as legs, back, shoulders and hips.

There are different types of stretching exercises, including static stretching, dynamic stretching, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. Static stretching involves holding a stretching position for a set amount of time, while dynamic stretching involves movements through the range of motion.

Benefits of a stretching session include improving flexibility, mobility, and agility of the body, improving posture, reducing pain and tension, improving circulation, and reducing the risk of injury during physical activity.
Mobility
02
Mobility training is a training method that aims to improve mobility and flexibility of the body. It focuses on movements that can improve joint mobility, stretch muscles, and improve posture.
It can also include exercises to improve mobility in specific areas of the body, such as the shoulders, hips, and knees.
Mobility training can be performed by people of all fitness levels and is particularly appropriate for people who lead a sedentary lifestyle or suffer from musculoskeletal tension and pain.

Benefits of mobility training include improving mobility and flexibility, reducing pain and stiffness in joints and muscles, improving posture, and reducing mobility-related injuries.
